100 Ways to Die

I'm making an animation called "100 Ways to Die". It'll be a stick figure dying in 100 different ways. All I need is ideas.
Basicly, there are 100 slots. One person can have up to five slots. To tell me what you want, just say a slot number and how they should die. In the animation I'll have your name in the botom right corner.
So, give me your ideas!

3.- killed with a machine gun
4.- being killed by hamster wheels(it's possible)
