Here is a guide to find out why.

First. Try hitting F5 or the looping arrow on top of your browser. It refreshes the page.

Second. Hold Control [ctrl] and f5. This deletes your cache, making it so the page is downloaded again.

Third. Try a different browser. Never use Internet Explorer. It's very glitchy. Try Opera, Firefox, or Google Chrome. And Safari if you want.

Fourth. Try and see if the rest of the site works. If so, maybe the site errored.

Fifth. Close all background programs. Sometimes, they glitch it.

Sixth. Restart your computer.

Try these before you submit something about an error on the site.
