It doesn't happen to me either, even with switching tabs.
(I always and always use Firefoc 4.0.1.)

That happens to me too! I think the reason it happens is because the Scratch Team is working on a new version of scratch but you just have to log back in. I think the bug will be fixed soon.http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/img/smilies/smile.png

If you're logged out on one tab, when you refresh, it logs you out on the other.

Well, if your using Internet Explorer you might have a clear cookies thing running.

Tools> Internet Options> Now, see that timer if there's a check underneth it uncheck it.
Now try.

This is normal. What we're talking about is that you got logged out even if you didn't click on the "Logout" link.

That's weird: clicked on someones "Vote for Me" link in their signature - the link was broken, but I got logged out when I pressed Back.

A bunch of random information that I think won't help:
Browser: Chrome 13.0.782.99 beta-m with "Compact navigation", "Use side tabs", "Focus existing tab on open", "Experimental new tab page", and "Preload Instant Search" enabled in about:flags. Google Chrome Theme installed. (I'm on the bleeding edge!  big_smile  )
OS: Windows Media Center Edition SP3 Version 2002
Res: 1600 x 1200 x 32 bit color

bye 1.4, we all loved you. but we all outgrew the site. 2.0 is a welcome change.
