I can't HEAR you!?
The [play sound=random (1) to (10)] doesn't work anymore?
I tried it and it doesn't work online, just off. i think it's the flash player.

There was a bug like this in the Java player. Maybe the Scratch Team has forgotten to handle this again?

Possibly.
Did you report it in the thread for Flash player bugs yet? If you upload a project somewhere with the bug and then report the problem, it makes it easier of the Scratch Team to track the bug down and fix it if they can.
