We have a birds' nest in a space in the roof    They left the nest last week 'cause they can fly now.
I've seen owls! They're awesome. Sometimes I hear them at night

Yay hawks! My favorites. One of the many. lol.

I've been to an owl zoo place. The place actually started my owl fascination... it had Snowys, Grey Owls, Great Horned Owls, Barn Owls and Screech Owls.
And I think a Masked Owl, but I'm not sure...

I love Masked Owls because they look like phantoms.

I get owls in my backyard at night about once every two months, more often if I'm lucky, on the yuccas on the hill behind the fence, or sometimes sitting on the fence. I'm not sure what kind they are exactly, because you usually just see their outlines, and then cool feathers on the ground later. Cool owl pic

Birds are pretty. I like watching hummingbirds because my yard has feeders for them.

I used to have a hummingbird feeder.

I love birds! They're my favorite animals. Right next to dinosaurs, of course. Let's see. There's doves, owls, and loons, all of which make it onto my favorite list.

Kiwi Bird
Southern Cassowary
Blue Macaw

White Pelican

But I also like these common city or forest birds:
Pigeon (Yes, I like pigeons.)
Blue Jay
Northern Cardinal
Hummingbird
Finch
Canary

And I love penguins:
Emperor Penguin
Chinstrap Penguin
Magellanic Penguin
Gentoo Penguin
Rockhopper Penguin



But the best bird species of all is.... OWLS!
The best owls in my opinion are Snowy Owls, Little Owls, Great Horned Owls, Barn Owls, Cactus Owl, Pygmy Owl, Screech Owl, Long-Eared Owl and Masked Owls. But mostly Snowys. I want one

The only owl I've ever seen is the Great-Horned. It flew right in front of my car.

We saw a barn owl on the side of the road once. I don't know why it was sitting there, but when my dad got out to see if its wing was injured or something it flew away.
