Since it seems you're inquiring about something the Scratch Team specifically would know, you should contact them directly.

You probably have the the same IP as someone who was banned from there... it happens sometimes. Best thing to do is to contact the Scratch Team about it (what Harakou said).
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.

Rdococ excels at often promoting not so useful information. Talk to the TBG moderators on their projects, the scratch team usually redirects all concerns about the TBG there.
