Mid-2003?
The scratch forums didn't even exist in 2003.
Scratch was still about 4? years into production then, if the statistic that it took 7 years is accurate.

Yes, but the first user to register on the scratch forums was in 2007.

I have GarSkutherGirl, Sporekid (lost password DX), and TinyTorchic22, which I gave to my friend, who LOVES Torchic. I was going to use it to infiltrate Team Magma, until I discovered that New Scratchers couldn't post in Misc.
