Studying up the © laws!

Hi, I'm studying the © laws.  If you want to know something about copyright, please ask!

More info:
This is not for school, this just a side project I have decided to pick up.  It will only effect my ethical thoughts of the way the world works.  This will be where I post some of the stuff I've learnt, quizzes, and links to useful sites to learn about ©!

Hey.  It's me SSSS, back from the dead!  smile

Re: Studying up the © laws!

Can I sell a work I have made using the same idea that is present in another medium but not using the same objects / materials / words / characters?

What if this 'work' is a living child?

No, as that isn't anything to do with copyright, that's got to do with human rights.  It is sometimes referenced to as 'child trafficking'  and can get you a lengthy sentence in jail.

Well if you wanted honesty, that's all you had to say. I never want to let you down or have you go, it's better off this way.
