Tried to upload a project since Monday keep receving : T404 - Page Not Found - Our server is Scratch'ing its head

Hmmm. The server has had it's up's and downs over the week but it hasn't been down all that much and I can see that new projects are coming in all the time so I'm going to guess that the problem is probably at your end. Is this a home computer that you are trying to load your project from or a school computer? Is there another computer and network connection that you can try and load from to see if it's a problem with your account?
