IMO quest points are more important than levels (only got 210 qp though D: )...    I just wanna get them all like archmage and then pass him in everything >:D

Anyway good luck on your 99; though personally I don't think you're going to want to keep going for very long xD I hate fishing, and they just raised the requirement for the quest cape D:

What did the change about the requirements? Nice stats, better then anything I've got. I complete nearly all of the free quests on my main, but I can't afford a membership. Getting 99 fishing will get me 14 mil, so I think that should help me stay on track.

Edit: @Dazman: The graphics are bearable, but no where near WoW or Eve or something. I keep quitting and then unquitting.

As I said, the prospect of 14 mil along the way should keep me going. That and the fact that I intend to do my leveling outside while blaring music on my headphones and posting here.

By best skill is woodcutting, which is 80, but I haven't played in months. I've gotten bored with the constant level grinding, and it's just not the same game it used to be.

The maximum combat level is somewhere around 130. You can have a 1500 stat total though.

I believe it's 138 for members and 126 for f2p'ers currently.

I like doing quests, but like soup mentioned, a lot of the best ones require level grinding anyways. Besides, I've done all the free quests, and although I have been a member before, I don't really consider $6/mo worth just questing. Besides, I'm broke right now anyway. 

Do the throne of miscalenia and royal trouble quests, it has modest requirements and give the best reward in the game. These quests unlock the kingdom, a DnD that gives you about 200k a day if you put your workers to max maples and half coal.

I think that members is very worth it, everything in free to play is worse and slower, f2p is not good at all.
