Braggabragabrag. Anyway, I thought you were like 9-11. Or maybe I'm lying. Geddit, I'm lying? Bad paradox and one of the most overused but I thought I'd mention it.

I'm 9, just so you know. Most people think I'm 17 or 21 or something.

Not to be mean, but what you just said seems pretty self-absorbed. What? All of a sudden you think your more intellectual than everyone else? I actually knew you were a child because A) I've met children who are just as smart as you and B) I have been told something similar. I'm 13 and I find your statement quite offensive and, sorry to say, narcissistic. There's nothing wrong with being proud of yourself and telling others about it, but you pretty much just crossed the line. I suggest keeping things like that within the company of family and relatives. Otherwise, it might upset some people.

Re: Paradoxes -- This sentence is false!

The statement can be both "true" and "false", depending on how you see it. However, yes, it is a paradox because, technically, by the statement "is false" it cancels out the logic and meaning of the sentence altogether. In other words, it contradicts itself.

I think I just made a paradox right now...  hmm

Not only is that not a paradox, but you stole that quote directly from the dedication from C.S.Lewis.
It was in the dedication from The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

GLaDOS: Hey, moron.
Wheatley: Oh, hello!
GLaDOS: All right, paradox time. This sentence is false! Don't-think-about-it-don't-think-about-it...
Wheatley: Uh... true. I'll go "true". Huh, that was easy. I'll be honest, I might have heard that one before, though; sort of cheating.
GLaDOS: It's a paradox! There is no answer!

That is not a paradox, because either way it's true.

But if he shaves himself he can't shave himself because he only shaves people who don't shave themselves.

Re: Paradoxes -- This sentence is false!

acid itself is a paradox.  If it existed, it would become a random bubble of acid in space in a matter of hours because it would eat to the core of whatever planet it's on.  Then, a few more hours later, there would be NO acid, it would have eaten itself.

Uh.. acid doesn't melt everything. They make glass that acid can't melt, and a lot of things don't melt in it. In fact, if you stuck your hand in hydrochloric acid, it would take more than 30 seconds to dissolve it.

Actually, the projectile would eventually reach its target, but would take a long time. With halving the distance, no matter how small the distance, it still has to move.

Example:

Imagine that when the projectile is launched, it is 20 miles from the target. The distance it travels each time is:

10
5
2.5
1.25
0.625
0.3125
0.15625
0.078125
0.0390625
0.01953125
...and so on

Those tiny numbers will add up eventually, though it will take billions if not trillions or quadrillions of distances.

Just wondering, but what happens when you have an immovable object against an irresistible force? Just wondering.

It is opposite day today.

I know that I know nothing at all.

If a crocodile steals a child and promises its return if the father can correctly guess what the crocodile will do, how should the crocodile respond in the case that the father guesses that the child will not be returned?

Now chew me out for those un's
