Today i started reading this article[1] and, some how, i ended up here.

Why scratch and programming?

This sentence caught my attention:

"I believe the single skill that will, above all others, distinguish a literate person is programming literacy, the ability to make digital technology do whatever, within the possible one wants it to do -- to bend digital technology to one's needs, purposes, and will, just as in the present we bend words and images. Some call this skill human-machine interaction; some call it procedural literacy. Others just call it programming."

I am new here, new to programing, and new to coding.  I built my restaurant website [link to commercial site removed by moderator - advertisements to commercial sites are not allowed on Scratch] and am exploring ways to enhance it's features.  How could I use Scratch to do this? ideas?  thanks!

I use scratch to add my games and entertain viewers!
Also, I bet you could use Scratch to make a tutorial or tour of your website. Remember to use the embed code to add your project to your site with HTML!
