How Do You Make A Mod?
Hey guys! I'm a little good at programming code, so can anyone tell me how to make a mod.
IRobot productions is working a 3D Scratch Mod.....

Get the Scratch Source Code here, then learn how to create things like blocks and new features by looking around this forum.

it seems to open up in BYOB but not scratch 4.1

No. You don't open them up in BYOB. 
You just open the program by itself.
