I think scratch should have more blocks to choose from so it will be easier to make games. And if it is very big it will take up less space because it would take more space to build a particular movement. One that I suggest is a block that if a sprite touches the edge do this in control. I know there is a way to do that but it takes space making the correct block to do that. SEE TO IT THIS IS LOOKED AT!!!

Well, there will be more in 2.0, and not having there be a different block for each function makes scratch work faster, and make scripts more compact, actually. It is easy to make a script like you descibed above, and I do not think that we need a new block for it.
