I've got a soccer game soon. I'm orange and defence. Anyone have any tips?

Always stay on the balls of your feet (toes), and when everyones near your goal steal the ball and either dribble it up or pass and risk an offside. I hope you win!

Try and stay relatively in your zone.  It helps when your team isn't all at one point on the field.

Ive got braces, so im supposed to wear a mouthguard but I cant breath with it. We won 2-1.

USA needs to play better in the Gold Cup...

I'm white at our home field and blue on the road.

And as far as defense goes, just remember to shift as your team does. Push up when your team is attacking, shift to whatever side of the field the ball is on. And keep yourself between the ball and the goal as much as possible.

when you play defense shove the guy a lot but make it subtle

Always stay goal-side (between the ball and the goal) and try to intimidate anyone who tries to get past you (as in scary eyes  roll  <-- not like this!).
