OK,This will be like halo wars.
let's make a stratergy game where you have daleks vs time lords.
This will have birds eye view characters.
We will need to make up some veichles.
there will be two unit sections to choose:
Normal(Daleks,time lords ETC)
veichles(tardis,dalek ship ETC)
gameplay:
you have a base and you click on places and it will make units in that area follow you.
to attack you need units se,lected and you press in a area.
time lord units and veichles:
Time lord(50 resources)
Time lord soldior(100 resources)
rassilon(150 resources)

Dalek(50 resources)
Dalek commander(100 resources)
special weapons dalek(150 resources)

how to buy units:
You must not have  15 units.
each team gets 15 units max and also gets a start of 1000 resources.
To gain resources you must build a supply pad at your base.
building
At your base you can build buildings,there are:
supply pads(gets resources)(150 resources to build)
factory(builds veichles)(200 esources to build)
barracks(allows you  to get units)(200 resources to build)
energy shields(gives base more lifes)(150 resources to build)
5 buildings maximum
to win you destroy the enemy base
