Scratch Animator

I would love to have a scratch animation like flash, because put heaps of code in to turn the guy designing all the costumes than coding them, and on the otherhand there is flash - which is too expensive

So a Scartch Animator would be fun, i would create some really funny animations and i know lots of other people will too!

I have Flash CS5, so I don't really care. It would be kinda useful though.
