:( My dog has parasites
There's this weird hard stuff in her belly, and it's too hard for fat - it also looks like worms, pretty big ones too 
EDIT: Turns out my dog has mastitis. But she's scheduled to go to the vet, everything will be OK.

Awww! My dog had a tumor on her eyelid and we had to go get it removed. Hope your dog feels better!
Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?

I take it you don't know what a tumor is? It's a cancerous growth. Like a bulge that grows over time.
