Remember the Failboat awards? Or the whole "I am starlow" thing? What I'm trying to do is look at each of these explosions of off-the-wall topics and try to find a pattern explaining how they happen. What I need right now is posts saying what it was and how it started and ended. Please exclude names when possible. When I get a few entries I'll start the list underneath this paragraph.

Failboat was by one person who thought they were funny or something.

It was REALLY spammy so I jokingly made a "FailThread Awards" topic where I gave it to the creator for making the most fail threads then told him to please stop. Then paddle closed anything with Fail in the name. I don't even think he read mine because he told me the same thing as the creator.

I'm pretty sure it was in the TBGs.

I have a theory (based on at least three events):
One person comes up with an unfunny joke and spams it everywhere until someone else decides they just have to do it too. Eventually around three people do it and then everyone gets mad. The topics are reported and a parody topic may be made using the same style of post as them but ask for it to stop. Eventually the Scratch Team/Moderators clean it all up.
