The Scratch Helpers Team
Hello! Thank you for taking your time to read this!
First of all, the Scratch Helpers Team is a group of Scratchers who help to encourage new members. Yeah, you're probably wondering, "What do I do?" When a new Scratcher comes in, I will send you a message with their username. There are different things you will be doing from there. Here are the places you can get:
Boss - You're not exactly a boss, but you organize everybody. Whenever a new Scratcher joins, you send the other members of this group a message with the username. You watch the encouragers' and helpers' work and make sure they're doing what they're supposed to!
Encourager - You look at all of the member's projects and post encouraging comments and a little constructive - "Maybe you could..." Always end on a positive note!
Helper - You make tutorials for the newbie to look at so they can know how to do certain things on Scratch. Make sure to send them a link to your projects so they know where to look!
Yeah, that's pretty much it. The team is almost ready, except I need a "helper." Read over what I wrote about it again. Do you want to? (If so, write it in the comments) I appreciate you all helping and doing your part!
There's no obligations to joining, really, except you need to promise you will always be respectful, encouraging, and helpful. And if I get a lot of jobs, I will have to turn some down. The team gets too crazy when it's big. Don't get angry at me, but it's true.

Just post a comment saying:
1. That you want to join,
2. That you'll always be respectful, encouraging, and helpful,
3. And what job you want.
I know you'll always follow #2. It's just nice to check. 
Anyways, I hope you all contribute to this team! Together, we can encourage Scratchers to stay and enjoy!

I'll consider this but I have one question. I hope not to sound rude and degrading but wouldn't the boss unintentionally hurt new Scratcher's feeling by modifying their projects? Or maybe they should ask if the new Scratcher wouldn't mind having the project modified?

So what position do you want to have? (Honestly, the encourager would really be good - you can just be "the boss" to youself)

Oh, I'm really sorry about that. I didn't mean what I wrote - thanks for telling me! I meant to say you watch your encourager and helper's work, to see if they're doing their job.

An encourager! Great!
Normally, you would get a message from the boss saying some New Scratchers. Since there is no boss yet, you can go to "Newest Projects" and pick ones with little views. See it, comment on it, and encourage! Don't try to sound too mean or anything.
Try to put in your comment what you liked about it, what they could improve on, (Maybe you could...) and end on a happy note!
Before I started this team, I did the encourager's job. 11 people added me to their friend's list for saying nice things! I know you'll enjoy this role. I certainly did.

So just to clarify, the boss finds some new scratchers and tell people on this forum post about them, as well as making sure everyone is doing their jobs. If this is the case, then I guess I could do that!

Just remember to always be encouraging. You can look over what I wrote about it again if you'd like.
