not being able to write in all capitals

is it just me, or are we not allowed to write in all capitals? i wanted to have something in my sig in all capitals, but it just changed it to lowercase? what is the reason behind this, and if everyone is experiencing this, please move this topic to suggustions because i think they should change it.

You Are Not Allowed To Write In All Caps.
This Was Written In All Caps. They Have It Disabled To Prevent Arguments.

So Thats Why I See Some Peoples Posts Have Every Word Capitalized

I Was Wondering Why That Happened.

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
