You can use a combination of hosts. Weebly has unlimited bandwidth and space (File size is restricted).
I use Weebly with a .tk domain name. And I Edit out the weebly footer without changing the code of the footer.
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

whatever you choose, go with what-the's recommendation and get a FREE .tk domain from somewhere like dot.tk because their country lets anybody have a free domain.

Yo Guys, you suck! Lol jks, it's up to you what you pick, personaly i like Orangeserve because it also allows Hacked Stuff, like vBulletin - NOT FREE so people post a free version on the net. x10 dosn't allow this or 000webhost, so if i were you i would go with orangeserve!
