We need a special section in scratch where you rip sprites without worrying that the sprite is too big to display so scratch will make it small. Scratch will always make big sprites like that small making it pixelize when it enlarges.

You could open the sheet in a separate editor and paste only the sprites you need in it...
This is why I wish Scratch would just crop the sheet instead of resize it.
