Palette Limiting?

I'm working on an NES-style game, and I want it to be just like playing it on an actual NES. So I want to limit the colors to the original NES palette (which can be found here: http://fc61.deviantart.com/fs31/f/2008/221/3/c/the_NES_palette_by_erik_red.png )

How do I limit the palette? If I can't, is there some other way?

Re: Palette Limiting?

Import the image into your scratch project.

When drawing your costumes, click the color picker, and press the mouse *inside* the drawing area, now drag it out onto the color you want to use. When you release the mouse, the color will be selected.
