Uh... no, when I was an active Scratcher there were strict, clear rules concerning Scratch Offs to prevent flame wars about rules.

No Pre-made games, you must start from Scratch

You have to use mostly new sprites (1 splice is alright)

Appoint a judge, or a community vote

You have X amount of time tongue

As I said, I just put in another one and all the sprites are by me. I only started it a few hours ago i.e. after I agreed to this scratch off.
