Report Image
I think a good idea would be to report someone's profile image as I found somebody (not giving any names) with an image of a rude finger gesture. If there is a way to report a profile image, it should be more clear.

You always have access to the Contact Us link at the bottom of every page. You can use that to report things like inappropriate avatars. Hope that helps!
