Tornado
My area has a high possibility of a tornado hitting today. Just wanted to say...goodbye...I truly will miss you guys...
That is, if it hits...probably won't, but if it does...

The warning alarm went off while I was playing LT backwards. But it's just a thunderstrom for now (I'm on my DSi).

Depends on which context they are used in. But in this case he is just saying what the topic is...it's kind of hard to explain.
