First off, I'm keeping this in ONE topic. Also, don't flame me. EDIT: Oops. Wrong button. AGAIN.

                                         Prologue
Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow, Silver, and Clive are running/flying/riding hover board toward Eggman's base. Silver, Tails, and Clive spot Eggman through the top window. "Why is Eggman watching Pokémon?" Clive asks. "That's not the point. We should find an entrance." Tails says. Silver sees a weak point on the 2nd floor. "Let's get in through the window on the 2nd floor." He says.
"How?" asks Tails.
"We ask Shadow"
"He can't fly."
"Carry him."
"I'll try." Tails attempts to lift Shadow, only to get hit with a Chaos Spear. "Any other ideas?"
"He could use my hover board." Clive flies down toward Shadow. "Use this to break the window on the 2nd floor."
"Fine." Shadow says. He flies up to the 2nd floor. "Chaos Spear!" The Chaos Spear goes straight through the window, making a hole. Shadow returns the hover board.
"Wait, how will the others get through the window?" Tails asks.
"I have my ladder." Clive replies. Clive pulls out the ladder from his backpack. He flies in, and throws down the ladder. Sonic, Knuckles, Amy, and Shadow climb up the ladder. Suddenly, the room fills with a foot of water, freaking Sonic out, and all entrances and exits are blocked by a diamond wall. Then a TV appears.
"You think it would be that easy!?! Ha ha ha!" Eggman says on the TV.
"Eggman, remove the water and let us go!" Amy says, angrily.
"No. And attacking the walls will not damage the walls. They are diamond." replied Eggman.
"How many karats?" asked Amy.
"Karats are for gold, not diamonds!"
"Duh! I tried to confuse you! You anger Sonic, I try to confuse you!"
"Eggman, let us out or I will blow the place to dust!" Shadow said.
"Try me." Eggman said.
"Chaos Blast!" At that moment, energy-reflecting mirrors came down. The energy burns everyone, and they end up disappearing.
"Did I do it? I destroyed them. FINALLY!" said Eggman.

                         Chapter 1
        Eggman was wrong. They didn't disappear. They teleported to another dimension. They appeared to land in a desert.
"Ow. Shadow you idiot!" Knuckles yells.
"How is this my fault!? I just wanted to get out! So did you." Shadow replied.
"Let's just look for a way out. Than we can get chilli dogs." Sonic said.
"And ice cream!" Added Clive.
"Let's just look around." Tails says. Then out of nowhere a robotic arm grabs Silver and Shadow. White smoke covers the area, and three figures appeared.
"Prepare for trouble!" The first one said.
"And make it double" The second said.
"To protect the world from devastation."
"To unite all peoples within our nation."
"To denounce the evils of truth and love.'
"To extend our reach to the stars above."
"Jesse!" The first one said.
"James!" The 2nd said.
"Meowth. Now that's a name!" Said the 3rd.
"Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light!" Said Jesse.
"Surrender now or prepare to fight." James said.
"Meowth that's right!" Said Meowth.
"Put them down. I don't know who you are, but leave them alone!" Said Sonic.
"No way" Jesse replied. Team Rocket escapes in their balloon.
