How do you get an animated user/gallery picture? One of my friends said that it worked to save the costumes into a Sprite with no scripts, but I tried that several times and it didn't work.

I take them from the web. Just write "animaed gifs" in google. When you find the right one save it, and then update it with your old picture.

What if the image I want isn't anywhere on the Web? I was wanting an animated version of the Archer picture I have right now, and that's in Bitmap form. Is there any way to convert it to gif?

I have found this http://gickr.com/upload_files on the web. You add your pictures and it makes animated pictures. Then you can download the file.
