Any good free web hosts out there?

I have my own Scratch games review site ( jh.slugabed.org:8080/scratchgamereviews/ )

But the thing is, my server is a pile of garbage. Are there any free webhosts out there that let you host your own HTML files via WebDAV or whatever?
