A "greater than or equal to" block would, although being able to be solved with < <greater than> or < equal to > >
or by just saying 1 greater, it wouldn't be that hard to put in and would simplify things...

I'm torn on this. It would save a lot of time and space when scripting and would be easy to make, but I'm not sure it's worth the space on the block palette, considering it is simple to already make.
