Yeah. It is. In my opinion, oddly, Civ IV > Civ V

I have all expansion packs for IV other than colonization.

All I have: Biotechnology, Microchip so far. Any building/unit ideas? I'm adding a Medic and a Covered Wagon, but I need stuff for Biotechnology and Microchip.

I should make this clear, I don't want quotes from scratchers, I want real actual quotes for the modern ones, but I can do the futurr ones
