Have you tried Scratch in 3D (StarLogo TNG)?
It's a little-known program called StarLogo TNG, created by MIT STEP. It allows you to create 3D games!
I made a wolf in a fully-painted and bumpy landscape with mountains 
You use the arrow keys to navigate around the 3D world!
It's free (like Scratch) though you have to sign up to download.
It's frankly, AMAZING.

Warning: It's fairly complicated to start with - SO MANY TABS

Starlogo TNG is more for simulations than games from what I've heard, but like a year ago I made some simple driving games for the lulz 
Oh but that was like in version 1.2 or 1.3, now they're in 1.5 which implements some new features that might be pretty useful like textured terrain and ULing projects to a site

I was just going to post a topic about this! Yes, I have. It's harder to use than Scratch.

If you are reading this, please read to the end, because if you don't you won't know what's at the end. Don't just skip to the end though otherwise you won't be able to read the middle, which is most important. Now you must be wondering why you just read all that, the reason is you may have not noticed something, read it again and see if you notice it this time

It is a bit better than Alice in some ways. Though Alice seems much more advanced.

I tried it a couple of years ago, I wouldn't describe is as Scratch in 3D.

Alice advanced, Alice good, it's laughable.
It's slow and clunky, even my dad who TEACHES computer programming (so don't call it too advanced for him) thinks so.

It never worked on my computer. It just wouldn't run. It would start up and then close out.
