Hi, Samuel, and welcome to the forums! I imagine there are questions about Scratch, or the Forums, that you may need answered, so head on to the All About Scratch section. If you have troubles with the Forums or Scratch, go to Troubleshooting.
Ideas? Head on over to the Suggestions forum or go to Miscellaneous to talk about a defined topic- we don't like chatrooms here- it's kind of like spam- or go to Collaboration, Requests, or Project Ideas to talk about projects.
The show-and-tell forums are for telling people about your scratch projects- and Announcements is about important Scratch-related announcements.
Hopefully I covered the forums for you, and I hope you have a good time on the Forums!

Although I'm not very experienced (I've only been on for about a month), I might be able to help you out. Scratch is pretty easy, you just have to keep one thing in mind-- Scratch is all about having fun! I hope you make a bunch of friends and have a good time.
