All you do is open a project in a seperate tab
Copy the url in the address bar
Go to scrach forums or comment
Paste it and it "SHOULD" automactically change into link to project
Doen't always work though unfortunatly

That is because it only automatically does it on comments, on forums you have to use BBcode:
[url]http://scratch.mit.edu/users/Pecola1[/url]
will turn out:
http://scratch.mit.edu/users/Pecola1
without the BBcode tags it would turn out:
http://scratch.mit.edu/users/Pecola1

Oh, you can't do that in Scratch. All URLs have a certain format. You can use tinyurl I think, and choose the shortened version.
