My 'Project Of The Week' wasn't a huge success so let's try this.

1. You enter projects. You can only enter one per month.
2. You cannot enter the same project twice.
3. At the end of each month, a voting thread starts and you can all vote each other's projects.
4. The project recieving the most points wins. That project becomes 'Project Of The Month'. I will reward a project of the month by giving the creator 20 love-its.
5. After 12 monthly play-offs (from June 2011 - May 2012), from 1 June - 14 June 2012, we have the Playoff Of The Year between the 12 monthly winners.
6. The project recieving the most points is 'Project Of The Year'. I will advertise this project all over, and give the creator 100 love-its, you'll be famous!
7. If I find this is not against the rules (I'll have to ask the Scratch Team), then I will use an alternate account to give the Project Of The Year another love-it on those 100 projects, so if you get POTY, you get 2 love-its on 100 projects!

I will enter too, since my vote is no more powerful than yours.
