Custom made Icons using scratch

I have friends that are always asking me how to put a custom icon they made with scratch on to their online scratch icon. I have to answer, "I have no idea," every time.
Will you make it compatible or is there already a way?

You can export as images but not animated ones.Maybe Export all the costumes and load them as layers in gimp.Then Animate it.
