Which Nintendo DS should I get?

So yeah. I'm thinking about getting one.
Answer these questions and don't just post '3ds'  tongue

Which one looks the coolest?
Which one has the most reasonable price?
Which one do you think is most stable?
And which one has the best supply of games and features?

Get the original DS. (The one that can play GBA games.)

Re: Which Nintendo DS should I get?

I had good experience with BW on the DS lite. GO AND BUY IT!  big_smile
BTW: It can also play GBA games, only the DSi and 3ds can't.

Re: Which Nintendo DS should I get?

If you don't want to go blind, I suggest a DSi XL, in Midnight Blue. Full access to the DSi Ware Shop, and has a reasonable in system storage. Basically, the XL can do whatever the DSi can do, only with bigger screens.

As for stability, the Original DS. I've dropped mine on concrete a few times by accident, still works. And you get GBA compatibility. However, good luck finding one that works just as good as it normally should.

Re: Which Nintendo DS should I get?

1: 3DS
2: DS Lite
3: DS Lite
4: Depends (Retail: DS Original/Lite, Digital: 3DS)

I would get a 3DS, because it has a long life ahead of it. Or if you are on a budget, DSi.

A DSi is best, now it's only $130, and can play DS games, and DSi Shop games.

Which one looks the coolest? 3DS
Which one has the most reasonable price? DS lite/original
Which one do you think is most stable? DS Lite
And which one has the best supply of games and features? DS lite/original

(You can't play GBA games on the dsi/3ds, which is a bummer. but the 3ds would be a good choice once the price goes down. i bet it will, just like the wii's did.)

3DS by far.

Which one has the most reasonable price?

It depends

Which one do you think is most stable?

No idea.

And which one has the best supply of games and features?

3DS. You have every single DS game plus 3DS only games

Re: Which Nintendo DS should I get?

I'd say get a DSi XL. I never was a fan of the 3DS anyway.

As of now, the 3DS doesn't have a good selection of games, it's way too expensive for a handheld, and it's not flying off shelves like it was expected to.

Re: Which Nintendo DS should I get?

I know you don't want to hear it, but get the 3DS. The original DS line will likely be discontinued within a year, and you can't play any 3DS games whatsoever on the original models.

Which one do you think is most stable? I don't know, 3DS has the most memory capacity and has been reliable if thats what you mean.
And which one has the best supply of games and features? 3DS WILL have the best supply of games and features. Features: 3D, motion control, huge memory capacity for a cartridge (up to the size of SSBB), AR cards, best online function Games: Look at some previews of first-party titles like the LoZ remake and Paper Mario.

From an owner of a 3DS.
