sinkholes
just found out sinkholes have developed around a toxic waste tip.. near where i live..
and the the tip sits on top of a natural aquifer that incorporates a lot of the nene valley in northamptonshire.
just a bit worried when i read this paragraph in an entry about sinkholes..
"They can also form when natural water-drainage patterns are changed and new water-diversion systems are developed. Some sinkholes form when the land surface is changed, such as when industrial and runoff-storage ponds are created; the substantial weight of the new material can trigger an underground collapse of supporting material, thus, causing a sinkhole."
and the site owners just want to extend and keep pumping more stuff in the place!!!!.

people who do that kind of stuff just want $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$! they dont care about ppl, much less their lives!
