Darn, you got it. Well done. Do you know any?

I do know of one, but it's related to physics and it might be too hard to answer unless you had a basic understanding of metric units. ^^;

Come on, say it! Everyone understands metric units (over the age of 10, at least)!  tongue

I know of one too, but everyone has seen it on TV (iCarly to be specific).

Re: A riddle

For the people who have not seen this episode of iCarly:

A man rides horseback into town on Friday, and stays for two days, and leaves on Friday. How did he do it?

For the people who have seen that episode, don't ruin it for everyone else!  tongue

Alright, here goes:

When scientists die, they play hide-and-seek in heaven (don't ask why the riddle starts this way, it just does so go with it). One day, it was Einstein's turn to be the seeker, and, as usual, all the other scientists began to hide while Einstein covered his eyes and counted to 100...

...except Newton. While Einstein was counting, Newton drew a square in the sand, each side measuring one meter. He then sat inside the square.

When Einstein finished counting, he saw Newton sitting down and ran over to tag him, saying "Newton's it! Newton's it!". Newton began to argue back that he wasn't it. The other scientists in hiding heard the argument and came out. Newton presented his case and the other scientists agreed that Newton was right.

What is Newton's case and why is he right?  tongue

(if no one gets this within 24 hours, I'll post the solution)

Two things:
A: In hide and seek, you don't tag people, unless you are playing hide-and-go-seek tag.
B: Eienstein hadn't tagged Newton yet

*head explodes*

Uh, he is sitting in the square, and the square is 1 sq meter, so it is 1 squared, and that means....

I got nothing. I know it has to do with 1 squared, though....

Maybe Einstein counted to 100 and one meter is 100 centimeter?

A: Assume it's hide-and-go-seek tag.  Sory if that wasn't clear initially in the riddle
B: Nope, not this either.

Hint: the tagging has nothing to do with this riddle's answer.

@fire219: I know you're stumped, but at least you're thinking in the right direction. It's got to do with the square.  tongue
