No, not real estate.
I was watching MLB Network, Tuesday Night Baseball, and I live in NJ. They were showing Reds vs Phils or Yanks vs Jays. Why would they show The REDS game over the Yankees game when I live in NJ? Discuss local sport broadcasts and such.

Hmmm...Cincinnati is kind of near NJ...and NJ doesn't have it's own baseball team, sooo maybe they feel like they can do that

Philadelphia would be closer. But New York is the closest where I live. So WhatTheFudge?

It would be because of Philadelphia instead of Cincinnati that you're seeing that game. I guess it all depends on broadcast zones and where it gets decided that all the games are broadcasted. instead of where you're closer to.
