Why Is My Project Not Uploading???
IT SAYS THAT I CAN'T UPLOAD IT BECAUSE ITS to "LARGE" this is really annoying it was really going to be awesome!!!!

If a project is over 10 MB, it can't be uploaded to the site. 5 songs will almost certainly put a project well over the 10 MB mark.

Go to Edit > Compress Sounds.
Try normal then if it is still too large then compress it more.

To sum it up just avoid putting tons and tons of music in.
