Mine has Pac-Man, Super Pac-Man, Pac-Man Plus, Pac & Pal, Rally-X, Pole Position (which I epicly fail at), Galaga, Mappy, Xevious, Galaxian, and I think there were a couple more.

Basically, NAMCO broke the law. Scratc.mit.EDU is for EDUCATIONAL purposes. We learn from experience, and by replicating already-successful products or in this case, games.
I don't think 124scratch was TRYING to make a profit (???) from his game and it's not like it would divert attention away from the ORIGINAL Pac-Man, is it?!

If NAMCO is making such a big deal of it, they should do it on a site where you have to pay for the games- that's a real problem. On a free, educational kids' site, no biggie.
