do you want to wright the cyberman episode three parter(i will do part 1 for many reasons)?
The doctor's companion i want to get deleted and then upgraded.
Also the doctor reverses it using the zanafarion matrix(somthing i made up it is a relic of a time lord).

This would be long and for once,the doctor does not know what to do!
I have a base story:
You get a signal from a time lord so so you head to it at the edge of the universe and you find the time lord,help him power his ship back up but he sends the power into a hidden tardis and will destroy everything with his tardis because it has time lord weapons and the doctors tardis is also powering it up and your sonic is broken,
so bassicly:
no tardis,to sonic screwdriver,a giant almost indestructable ship to beat,the odds are on you SSSS!

The legnth is not decided,do it a reasonable length and we will have a vote for legnth.
It is about cyberman who ,later reappear and the leader is dr.naya quite weird but and also the doctor finds a blue,shining diamond witch he takes...
Other than that it is up to you but the diamond is somthing for the season fianle!
