Scratchers are saying my project should be on the front page...

You see, I'm number 5 on the top loved list Please don't ban me for asking, but I have more love-its than the third top loved, (As of now, it may change) And my project is under the time limit. Should I be on the front page? This is just a question. NOT to try and unjustly get the front page. I put a lot of effort into my project.

You definitely have enough love-it's. If you're under the time limit, then yes, it should be on the front page. Could it be that the project is too old? (I can never remember the limit.)

Hmm, the wiki says it has to be under 10 days old and yours is 10 days exactly. If the wiki's right, that would be it.
