Scratch

Can you please make one for me?

I want a rectangle with round edges, a black background with dark blue waves in some places. I want a shadow with that please. I want a picture of my character (image here) and in some easy to read robotic font, say "Joeman592"
Then, buttons that match the background that say "My Roblox" "My Flipnote" "Nuclear Engine"

also, i noticed on that button that at the top right edge, it curves out a bit to the right... maybe you could fix that too please?
