Some help for me...
Could anyone tell me the commands in the forum? such as

how do I make colours, what are the codes for the colours and so on...
And since I only just became a Scratcher how do I make links and images in my signature?
And when is it appropriate to report? When there are innapropriate comments (of course). But when can I report my own stuff? When I need the Scratch team to see? Can I over report? I just want some clarification for this...

For the question about things like colors, the forums use a language called BBCode. You can find a really good guide here.
Concerning reporting, it depends. You should report posts that link to inappropriate sites, or that flame against you or someone else, commercial spam, etc. However, you can also report posts if you want a moderator action done to it - say, for example, someone posted a topic in the wrong section. Just report it, and a mod will do the rest. You can even report your own topics if you want them moved, or closed (locked from new posts).

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
