Text effects (bold, italic, and underline) in thread names
This would make it so that you could put bolded, italic, or underlined text in your thread name! 
(BTW, if you can already do this, please inform me, as I didn't want to look stupid by posting a topic named, "[b]TEST[/b] 
)

Right now you can't do that. You can test it, and use something called the "DELETE" button on the first post. (Good suggestion, though)
