you can edit your website using HTML(Hyper Text Markup Lanuage). an CSS(Cascading Style Sheets)

My site is hosted with DreamHost. I made my own PHP files (from another PHP file which I barely changed  ) to get the header and footer from phpBB (the forum system) to work on the main site!
Also, a lot of 000webhost sites had illegal/inappropriate content on them before 000webhost started checking sites before activating them, so the domains (site**.net, net**.net, etc.) and any subdomains hosted on them show up as bad to web rating and malware-detecting programs.

That's kind of creepy.    But I bet you would find the site to be incredibly boring anyway.

I hate weebly.  You don't have any freedom about how your website looks.  I'll stick to designing websites with Adobe Flash.  That way I can actually control what goes where, how you change sections, make multi-page sections that you click on arrows to navigate, that kind of thing.

I use HTML. HTML isn't $700. All you need is someone to host your site and a text editing program.
