No it shows up in the browser, and doesn't in the looks tab.

I think I remember that happening once... wait, are you on the stage? Move to a sprite and see if it shows there.

It does not not up in the stage, or the sprites. Also, if I exit the system browser and go back into it, previous costume shows shows up only in the system browser. If I exit scratch and come back into it, the previous block shows up no where.

can you give me a download to your image? Just post it online somewhere and give it to me, I use weebly.

I'm not that sure if this is what you are looking for, but I just made a project with sceenshots with scratch. To go to the project, then just click here.

Look back at the tutorial, I added the blockspec, sorry again about that. XD I can't believe I didn't think about it!

looks is not in ScriptableScratchMorph, switch to ScratchSpriteMorph. 
There is a blockspec for all sprites there.

I would suggest re-reading the intro. [Click meh to read the intro] Start there, then go back to the index and read chapter 2, I should cover everything you need there.
